Fence Construction Foreman / CDL Driver

H&S Fence LLC

H&S Fence is looking for a Fence Construction Foreman with a Class A CDL to help lead our installation crews. This position is responsible for safely hauling materials and equipment to job sites, ensuring the crew arrives prepared, and helping lead the installation of high-quality agricultural fencing systems.

This is a working foreman role. You will be driving truck, organizing materials, and working alongside the crew building fence.Pay & Benefits

$30 – $35 per hour

Overtime after 40 hours

Safely haul materials, equipment, and trailers to job sites

Ensure crew, equipment, and materials arrive safely and on schedule

Organize materials and prepare job sites for installation

Lead and assist the crew with fence installation

Install agricultural fencing systems including barbed wire, woven wire, continuous fence, and gates

Operate equipment such as skid steers, post drivers, and power tools

Maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment in good condition

Represent H&S Fence professionally with customers and landownersRequirements

Valid Class A CDL (Required)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical work

Experience with equipment and construction tools preferredAbout H&S Fence
