About the Role:

We are now hiring Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) to work alongside our compassionate and experienced healthcare team. As a GPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, administering medications and treatments, and supporting our residents and their families. No experience required, with new graduates welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to residents as assigned

Administer and record medications/treatments

Assist physicians with procedures and treatments

Educate and support residents and their families

Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions

Document observations and care provided

Ensure a safe, comfortable environment

May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse

Requirements:

Completion of a Practical Nursing program

Eligibility for Missouri licensure

Full-time
