Pest Management Coordinator

A client of RonInfoTech Solutions is immediately hiring for a Pest Management Coordinator

in San Leandro, CA

As a Pest Management Coordinator, you will be:

• Lead pest management improvement initiatives within a food manufacturing facility.

• Coordinate with the pest control service provider to implement prevention and corrective action plans.

• Conduct routine facility inspections including production areas, storage locations, dock areas, trailer yards, and exterior grounds.

• Identify pest activity, sanitation concerns, structural deficiencies, and exclusion opportunities.

• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Operations, Sanitation teams, and external vendors to strengthen the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program.

• Support audit readiness, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Shift: Monday to Friday 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM PST

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Pest Control, Food Safety, Quality, Environmental Health, or related fields.

• Experience working in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive action item completion.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Scientific background preferred.
