— Walnut, California\n Full-Time In Person\n About the Position\n Pleaser USA, Inc., located in Walnut, California, is a global leader in fashion-forward and alternative footwear, serving customers in more than 200 countries worldwide.\n We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team and support our purchasing, inventory, import, customs, and administrative operations.\n Key Responsibilities\n\n Create new SKUs in the company’s operating system (OMS) and accurately enter all required product information.\n Process receiving by verifying received quantities and costs.\n Communicate promptly with exporters and factories to resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and actual shipments.\n Verify buyers’ purchase orders against collection summaries and accurately communicate purchase orders to factories.\n Work closely with the Buyer to update pricing templates, including price increases, markdowns, seasonal promotions, and limited-time sales.\n Perform routine quality control checks on all incoming shipments and send QC reports to the appropriate factories.\n Assist the Buyer with customs clearance by preparing and submitting required import documentation, including 10+2 filings, to the customs broker in a timely manner.\n Provide general administrative and purchasing support to the Buyer and other departments as needed.\n\n Qualifications & Skills\n The ideal candidate will:\n\n Be fluent in Chinese reading and writing.\n Be able to read, write, and speak English.\n Be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and dependable.\n Have previous purchasing, inventory, import/export, or administrative experience is a plus.\n Be proficient with personal computers in a Windows environment.\n\n Education & Experience\n\n Minimum of an Associate’s degree (AA/AS) or 2 years of experience in an import/export environment.\n\n Compensation & Benefits\n\n $25.00 per hour\n Full-time employment\n Medical insurance\n Dental insurance\n Life insurance\n 401(k) retirement plan\n 401(k) matching\n Year-end profit sharing\n Paid time off\n Paid holidays\n\n How to Apply\n Interested candidates should submit their resume to:\n \n Pleaser USA, Inc.
