Job Title: Junior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support data collection, analysis, reporting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, SQL, data visualization tools, and large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from various sources.

Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

Use Excel and SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.

Support senior analysts and business teams with data-driven insights.

Identify data quality issues and help resolve discrepancies.

Maintain accurate documentation of data and reporting processes.

Assist with developing and improving dashboards and analytical reports.

Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data analysis.

Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience may apply.
