We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Construction Practice Group, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and fast-paced matters, utilizing your expertise in construction litigation to drive success.

Responsibilities:

Manage discovery, motion practice, and legal research and writing for construction litigation cases

Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings

Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve client goals

Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support on complex matters

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction law and industry trends

Requirements:

At least 2 years of construction litigation experience

Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills

Admission to practice in Ohio is required

Experience with liens and bonds is a plus

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
