Monday - Friday

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Our client in Monticello, WI is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for Panela Processing General Labor positions on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on role in a production environment with opportunities for growth and long-term employment. Responsibilities

Perform general labor duties within the panela processing operation

Assist with product handling, processing, and packaging

Maintain quality standards throughout the production process

Follow established safety procedures and company policies

Keep work areas clean and organized

Support production goals and assist with additional duties as assignedQualifications

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not requiredBenefits
