This position is responsible for supporting management in promoting a customer and product

focused sales culture. This role creates consistently exceptional experiences and lasting

relationships with customers.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that the Customer remains the top priority while balancing required tasks.

• Demonstrates customer service by greeting and assisting customers, building relationships,

and anticipating and responding to customers’ needs in a professional and timely manner.

• Develops and maintains positive working relationships that support a productive and

collaborative work environment.

• Actively listens and applies coaching on guides customer interactions and performance to

achieve maximize productivity and capture Customer opportunities.

• Supports the execution of visual merchandising and product placement updates; omni,

processing of freight, markdowns, and replenishment.

• Ensures merchandise is well organized in the back room and replenished on the sales floor

according to visual guidelines.

• Manages Handles inventory according to policies and procedures including locates, recalls,

re-tickets, MOS and damages, and other operational activities as assigned.

• Completes operational tasks accurately and uses technology proficiently.

• Protects company assets and maintain a safe work environment.

• Demonstrates the ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever- changing environment.

• Other duties as assigned.

This position may be found in multiple brands. Some duties may vary from brand to brand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Retail or sales experience preferred

• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Embraces fashion, understands current market trends, and can articulate them using Brand

interpretations in every interaction

• Must be able to report to work as scheduled; record time worked accurately by using

Brand’s Time and Attendance system

• Able to follow all company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal

employment laws

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be required

• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, office, lift to 50 lbs., and retrieve and stock

merchandise with or without a reasonable accommodation
