Contract Box Truck Driver & Helper

We are seeking Local dependable, hardworking Contract Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers and Helpers for immediate placement. This is appliances and furniture delivery you must know how to not only put together and deliver furniture but know how to follow the safety guidelines of connecting a fridge, stove, or microwave (This is a 7 day 2-person team contract 10-12 stops a day) operation requiring physical stamina, excellent customer service, and absolute reliability. We pay top dollar for teams that show up and get the job done right.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous box truck driving or delivery experience preferred.

• Credentials: Valid Driver's License (for drivers). No CDL required.

• Screening: Must pass a background check and be able to pass a drug test.

• Physical Ability: This is heavy physical work involving continuous loading, unloading, and moving of cargo.

Core Responsibilities

• Safe Driving: Safely operate a box truck to deliver goods to customers in a timely manner while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

• Cargo Handling: Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling, lifting techniques, and securing of cargo.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns professionally.

• Logistics & Admin: Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch.

• Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections and daily maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
