Onsite, full-time position

Choose a 4-day/10-hour or 5-day/8-hour schedule

Competitive salary based on experience

$20,000 sign-on bonus – forgivable over 3 years

Interview and site-visit travel and lodging provided

Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing behavioral healthcare

Diagnose and manage mental health conditions

Develop individualized treatment and medication management plans

See approximately 12–14 patients per shift

Work alongside dedicated MAs, LPNs, and scheduling staff

Document patient care using eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Oregon licensure required; client will consider candidates awaiting licensure

DEA registration required

New graduates are encouraged to apply
