Job Description

Position Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to support smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly.

Maintain a clean and organized dish area at all times.

Keep floors, drains, and trash areas clean and safe.

Assist with trash removal and breakdown of boxes.

Support kitchen with basic cleaning and organization tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Expectations:

Stay on top of dish volume - no pileups.

Keep dish area clean, dry, and organized.

Be reliable, on time, and ready to work.
