Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced AI / Java / Python Engineer with strong architecture and design experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong enterprise application development background and experience driving architecture, solution design, technical decision-making, and technical leadership.

Candidates do not necessarily need to have an official Architect title. Very strong Senior Engineers with hands-on architecture, design, and technical leadership experience will also be considered.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience.

Strong proficiency in Java or Python, with Java preferred.

Strong experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms, with AWS preferred.

Hands-on experience or exposure to Agentic AI and AI/ML technologies.

Experience working with OpenAI or other frontier models.

Understanding of advanced AI concepts, including:

MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Memory architecture

AI assurance and governance concepts

Exposure to conversational/agentic AI frameworks such as:

LangGraph

CrewAI

Rasa

Decagon

Similar agent orchestration frameworks

Strong background in enterprise application development, system design, and architecture.

Experience driving architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We can consider strong Senior Engineers who may not have an Architect title but demonstrate:

Hands-on architecture and solution design experience.

Strong technical leadership.

Enterprise-level system design experience.

Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI frameworks.

5 days onsite
