With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service across diverse markets, they have an established operation in Guyana and are looking for a driven, hands-on professional to lead vehicle operations in-market.

The Role

We are looking for a Manager – Vehicle Operations to take ownership of day-to-day vehicle operations in Guyana. This is a high-visibility role suited to an early-to-mid career professional who is eager to take on operational leadership responsibility within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end vehicle operations including logistics, servicing schedules, and compliance

Manage relationships with local dealers, service centers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies

Ensure vehicle inventory, quality control, and delivery timelines meet company standards

Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for regional leadership

Lead and develop a local operations team, ensuring alignment with global company standards

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, proposing process improvements

Ensure compliance with Guyanese transport, safety, and import/export regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field

3–6 years of experience in vehicle operations, fleet management, automotive dealership operations, or logistics

Prior people-management or team-lead experience preferred

Strong understanding of the local automotive market and regulatory environment in Guyana

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with operations/inventory management systems (MS Office / ERP tools)

Eligibility

Candidates must currently reside in Guyana and hold valid authorization to work in Guyana without sponsorship
