Supervise daily maintenance and engineering tasks according to work plans. Guide technicians and operators in executing maintenance and repair work. Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, and engineering standards. Monitor equipment condition and report breakdowns or abnormalities. Maintain work records and support reporting.
