CFO

As the CFO you will:\n\n

Provide leadership and financial direction to the finance department.\n

Contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing long and short-range goal setting and strategic direction for the organization.\n

Guide financial decisions and protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as internal controls.\n

Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.\n

Prepare special reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing financial data, information, and trends.\n

Maintain results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.\n

Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.\n\n

\n

What you have:\n\n

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance. An MBA is highly desirable\n

10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Operations, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role\n

CPA required\n

Substantial accounting and finance knowledge and prior experience in a small company is desired\n

Solid understanding of GAAP and US taxation rules\n

Solid understanding of cost accounting, margin analysis, and the ability to develop a system of management cost reports\n
