Job Description*:

· Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing

· Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts across different environments

· Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution

· Leverage tools such as Postman and Chrome DevTools for debugging, validation, and troubleshooting

· Contribute to test automation efforts, including script development and framework enhancement

· Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and coverage to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science Engineering, or a related field

· 8+ years of experience in software testing, with hands-on experience in web and/or mobile application testing

· Solid understanding of software testing methodologies

· Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, Chrome DevTools, Selenium or similar

· Experience in test automation, with the ability to write or maintain scripts

· Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as:

o Java

o JavaScript / TypeScript

· Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and defect management processes

· Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

· Basic understanding of AI concepts and AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., using AI for generating test cases, test data, or automation scripts)

Must Have:

· Experience leveraging Watermelon, AI tools to improve testing productivity

· Experience in insurance or financial services domain (e.g., policy systems, claims, or customer journey testing)

· Familiarity with cloud testing platforms or CI/CD pipelines
