ICT Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our team with below details.

Your Main Duties:

- Consult with clients, end users and internal technical teams to identify, analyse and document business requirements for managed IT services and enterprise solutions.

- Review existing business processes, workflows and ICT systems to identify inefficiencies, system limitations and opportunities for improvement.

- Recommend suitable ICT solutions, system enhancements and process improvements based on business and operational requirements.

- Prepare functional specifications, process maps, workflows and system documentation for developers and technical implementation teams.

- Use business process and data modelling techniques to support the design and development of ICT systems and applications.

- Liaise with developers, engineers and other ICT professionals to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet agreed business needs.

- Develop and coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing to verify system functionality, quality and integrity before implementation.

- Apply project management methodologies and techniques to plan ICT projects, including project scope, timelines, resource requirements, implementation activities and priorities.

- Consult with users and technical teams to identify and design improvements to the functionality and performance of websites, applications and enterprise systems.

- Prepare user guides and training materials, and provide training and support to clients and end users.

- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing guidance on system functionality, requirements and project decisions.

Your Skills and Experience:

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics or a closely related field.

- At least 3 years of relevant Business Analyst experience in Australia.

- Strong skills in business requirements, process analysis and functional documentation.

- Experience with system testing, project delivery and stakeholder communication.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Benefits:

- Annual salary from $80,000 to $100,000 plus super for suitable candidate.

- Full-time permanent contract.
