Job Description

Curry Bowl is looking for a dependable and experienced Tandoori Chef / Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities

Prepare naan and other tandoor items

Prepare fried rice, noodles, and related dishes

Assist with food preparation and daily kitchen operations

Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

Keep the workstation clean, organized, and sanitary

Work efficiently with the Chef and other kitchen staff

Qualifications

Experience working with a tandoor and making naan preferred

Experience preparing fried rice and noodles

Familiarity with Indian cooking is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen

Dependable, organized, and able to work as part of a team

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

$3,000–$4,000 per month salary, depending on experience and skill level.
