Sales Agent - No Experience - Remote

One Agency is adding to its growing remote team. We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are interested in working directly with families and helping them navigate their benefit options.

Our approach is centered on making the process simple for clients. Team members provide personalized guidance, answer questions, and help individuals understand the programs available to them. The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to develop valuable client-service and professional skills while working from home.

The Role

Benefits Enrollment Agents work with clients primarily through scheduled phone and video appointments. During these meetings, you will gather information about the client's needs, walk them through available benefit programs, explain coverage details, and provide assistance with completing their enrollment.

Your responsibilities continue beyond the initial appointment. Agents also stay connected with existing clients to assist with questions, benefit changes, periodic reviews, and other service needs.

You do not need previous experience in the benefits industry to be considered. New team members receive structured training, mentorship, and continued coaching as they become familiar with the role.

What You'll Be Doing

Connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual meetings.

Discuss client needs and determine which available options may be appropriate.

Present benefit and coverage information in an easy-to-understand manner.

Help clients complete applications and required enrollment steps.

Provide assistance with questions, updates, and benefit reviews.

Maintain regular communication and follow up with clients when necessary.

Keep client information and activity records accurate and up to date.

Attend online training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.

Establish professional relationships and provide a positive client experience.

Manage your daily responsibilities while working toward performance expectations.
