Client Benefits Representative Remote

About the Opportunity

In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them understand available benefit options and providing guidance throughout the enrollment and service process. The focus is on delivering a professional client experience, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring clients have the information they need to make informed decisions.

This is a fully remote position with training and ongoing support provided.

What You'll Do

As a Client Benefits Representative, you will manage scheduled virtual appointments with both new and existing clients. You will learn about their individual needs, provide information about available benefit options, assist with enrollment, and continue to serve as a point of contact for future questions or updates.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Meeting with clients through scheduled phone and video appointments.

Reviewing individual and family benefit needs.

Providing clear information about available coverage and benefit options.

Answering client questions and helping them understand their choices.

Assisting with applications, enrollment, and required documentation.

Following up with clients after appointments when additional assistance is needed.

Supporting existing clients with benefit reviews, updates, and service requests.

Maintaining accurate and organized client information.

Building positive and professional relationships with clients.

Participating in virtual training, coaching, and team development.

Managing your schedule and responsibilities effectively in a remote environment.

Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales, benefits, or another client-facing position is helpful but not required. Training is provided.

Candidates must also be willing to complete any licensing requirements applicable to the position.
