Construction Superintendent

Sunkota Construction seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects in healthcare, office, retail, industrial, and specialty markets. Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality standards

Enforce site safety plans and OSHA requirements, leading a safety-first jobsite culture

Interpret plans and specifications, resolving field issues with architects, engineers, and project managers

Monitor work progress, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project documents and codes

Track materials, deliveries, and equipment needs to support efficient project workflows

Lead site meetings, communicate updates, and document daily reports, issues, and progress

Support budgeting and cost control by identifying potential changes or conflicts early
