Warehouse Worker/Order Selector

Job Overview:

As a Warehouse Worker/Order Selector at our trucking company, you are the critical link between stored inventory and outbound shipment. You will be responsible for accurately picking orders, staging freight for loading, and assisting in the efficient loading of company trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities:

Order Selection & Picking:

Safely and accurately select products from warehouse racks and shelving.

Wrap, label, and secure product according to company standards to prevent transit damage.

Stage completed orders in designated dock areas for driver pick-up or loading.

Inventory & Quality Control:

Conduct basic cycle counts and assist with physical inventory reconciliation.

Inspect products for damage or defects; report discrepancies to management immediately.
