Order Picker - Night Shift

We are currently hiring experienced Order Pickers for full-time night-shift opportunities in Scarborough. This role is best suited for candidates with previous order-picking experience, strong equipment skills, and the ability to maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Compensation

$25.00/hour total compensation for the first 8 weeks

Base rate of $17.60/hour

After the first 8 weeks, employees can earn additional performance-based incentives

Experienced employees who consistently achieve high productivity and accuracy targets may earn up to around $33.00/hour, including performance incentives

Performance earnings are not guaranteed and depend on meeting established productivity and order-accuracy standards
