Senior Bookkeeper

•Assist with managing entertainment/music clients' and HNWI accounts and entities.

•Process accounts payable and receivable.

•Direct contact with vendors and client representatives.

•Manage and process credit card downloads, reconciliations, and payments.

•Process monthly bank reconciliations.

•Responsible for recording all accounting transactions, including journal entries.

•Assist with annual 1099s and corporate year-end closeouts.

•Process and record the client's payroll

•Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

Minimum of 6 months experience in business management is a must

Knowledge of accounting software, AgilLink is a must

Location: Calabasas Hybrid - 3 days in-office
