Bookkeeper

•Assist with managing entertainment andmusic clients' accounts

•Processing accounts payables and receivables.

•Communcation with vendors and client representatives.

•Managing and processing credit card statements, reconciliations, and payments.

•Process bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.

•Responsible for recording all accounting transactions, including journal entries.

•Assist with annual 1099s and corporate year-end closeouts.

•Process and record the client's payroll

•Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

Minimum of 6 months experience in business management is a must

Knowledge of accounting software, AgilLink is a must

Location: Calabasas Hybrid - 3 days in-office
