Qualifications

- Active RN license

- LTC/SNF experience preferred

- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

- Current BLS certification

- Valid RN license with no active restrictions

- Completion of required background and compliance checks

- Flexible availability for PRN shifts
