As an independent pharmacy, we have the flexibility and autonomy to practice pharmacy in a way that puts patients first. This position offers the opportunity to expand your clinical role based on your interests, including:

Medication Therapy Management (MTM)

Transitions of care

Patient adherence programs

Responsibilities include:

Processing of prescriptions

Verify incoming prescription information

Accurately prepare patient prescriptions for dispensing

Inventory management

Provide patient consultation

Provide immunizations

Qualifications include:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read and interpret documents

Accurate typing and computer skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Certification to administer vaccinations in the state of Wisconsin

Working Conditions include:

Physical requirements: Repetitive use of hands and fingers.

Ability to reach down to the floor and up to higher shelves to retrieve medications, and have the manual dexterity to handle small tablets and capsules, and to remove bottle caps.

Walking and standing for long periods of time (4-8 hours) is often necessary.
