Innovative Aerosystems is seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team in Exton, PA. In this hands-on role, you'll prepare and finish precision components used in innovative aerospace and defense applications. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining exceptional finish standards.Responsibilities

Prepare parts for coating through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface inspection

Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment

Ensure uniform coverage and high-quality finishes that meet company standards

Operate curing ovens and monitor coating processes

Inspect completed work for quality, consistency, and appearance

Maintain spray equipment, booths, and work areas

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Support continuous improvement and quality initiativesRequirements:

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of powder coating experience preferred

Experience with industrial finishing, automotive painting, or related coating processes is a plus

Ability to read and communicate technical information

Experience working in a quality-driven manufacturing environment preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanshipPhysical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

Ability to work with both small precision components and larger assemblies
