Job Description*:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server database administration, with a strong focus on SQL Server 2019 and later versions.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting and managing SQL Server Always On availability groups and clustering.

Proven expertise in SQL Server performance tuning, including both platform-level optimization and T-SQL query/code tuning.

Extensive operational support experience across Azure PaaS and IaaS environments, as well as on-premises SQL Server platforms.

Demonstrated, hands-on experience migrating SQL Server databases from on-premises to Azure (rehost, refactor, or re-architect approaches).

Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to proactively manage projects end-to-end and effectively engage with stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB and/or Confluent Kafka platforms is a strong plus
