Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments to identify patient needs
Develop personalized treatment plans that empower patients to improve communication and swallowing function
Provide skilled therapy interventions based on evidence-based practices
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Educate patients and families on strategies to support progress
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Alabama SLP license or eligibility for licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Clinical problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach
Education
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
Expertise in speech, language, and swallowing therapy
Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Clinical documentation and compliance
Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
Clinical problem-solving and critical thinking
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
