We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Expeditor, Materials Specialist to join our team at K&A Power Group in Augusta, Maine. Role Expectations:
Supports Project Manager, Construction Manager and Commission Manager sourcing materials, issuing purchase orders, tracking, expediting, managing materials and equipment manufacturing process and delivery to storage areas and project site.
Verification of Bill of Materials
Supplier Identification
Commodity Lead Time Analysis
Order Acknowledgements
Expediting delivery
Materials Management
Communication to Project Managers regarding material schedules.
Quality control
Vendor Damage Claim Management What we're looking for:
Associate degree or Equivalent Experience
Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred
Five (5) years of experience in Materials Management
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
SAP Experience Preferred
Experience in Utility Industry Preferred
Must be a Maine resident Pay Range $70,000-$75,000/annually
