Sunshine Mills is looking for a motivated hands-on leader to join our team as an Assistant Plant Manager at our Tupelo, MS manufacturing facility!

As a manufacturer of quality pet food and treats, we’re looking for someone who can help lead day-to-day plant operations while supporting a strong culture of safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Manufacturing or production experience

Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
