Practice Overview

Join one employed urologist in an established, growing practice

Provide full-service urology with the ability to expand advanced offerings

Access to DaVinci robotic systems (Xi and Si platforms) for surgical cases

Dedicated clinic space with 3-4 exam rooms and experienced clinical support staff

Schedule

Full-time, 4.5-day workweek

Combination of OR and clinic time with flexibility based on your preference

1:3 call rotation shared with collegial coverage (light)

Full scope available for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency urological care

Compensation & Benefits

700,000 Base Salary

Encounter-based compensation model rewarding productivity

75k Signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency stipend, and loan repayment available

J1 and H1b visas can be sponsored

Candidate Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology

Proficiency across the full spectrum of urologic care

Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
