Pay Rate: $19.50+/hour

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a General Labor position on 1st shift in Darien, WI. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong manufacturing background. Experience in welding, fabrication, and machine operation is highly valued. Responsibilities

Assist with various production and manufacturing tasks.

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Support welding and fabrication processes as needed.

Read and follow work instructions and production requirements.

Perform quality checks on finished products.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience valued.

Welding, fabrication, and/or machine operation experience valued.

Ability to use hand and power tools.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Ideal Candidate
