We are currently seeking experienced Welders to join our team in Darien, WI. This position is ideal for individuals with at least 1-2 years of welding experience who are looking for a stable opportunity with a growing company. Responsibilities

Perform welding operations according to company specifications and quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.

Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality.

Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of welding experience valued.

Ability to read and use measuring tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
