Job Description*:

Lead CRM solution design, architecture, development, and deployment.

Define technical standards, best practices, and governance.

Review solution design, code quality, and performance optimization.

Configure and customize CRM modules, workflows, dashboards, forms, and reports.

Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.

Implement plugins, custom workflows, and automation solutions.

Manage CRM upgrades and data migration activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Lead, mentor, and review development teams.

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure CRM performance, security, and compliance.
