Job Description*:

Service Max Resource with the below technical skillsets:

- Core Service Max

- Configure Service Max Core: Work Orders, PM Plans, Service Contracts, Installed Base/Assets, Entitlements, Inventory/Parts.

- Use ServiceMax tools: Configuration Console, Flows, Dispatch Console, Mobile (Go/Classic).

- Manage mobile/offline setup and technician-friendly layouts.

- Integrations

- REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services.

- Middleware: MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit.

- Connect to ERP (SAP/Oracle), inventory, asset, and IoT platforms.

- Salesforce Development

- Apex (classes, triggers, batch/scheduled), Test classes (?75% coverage).

- Lightning development with LWC/Aura; data modelling (objects, relationships).

- Automation: Flows, validation rules, workflows.
