Job Description*:

• Test Environment Operation Management

• Must have below Skills/Experience

• Working experience in Environment Provisioning/booking, housekeeping and governance

• Excellent experience in stakeholder management

• Good understanding of system integration and interfaces like API, MQ, Kafka, MuleSoft, MOD/MU2, CIM, DataPower etc. (Hogan Mainframe OOS)

• Working knowledge in setting-up/interpreting system health checks monitors like Cloud Watch, Honeycomb, Temporal, Dynatrace

• Debugging expertise across varied Integration architecture as mentioned above

• Day to Day activities

• Test Cycle Planning Meetings

• Shakeout Tests / Health Checks script running and maintenance

• Maintenance of Batch Schedules

• Maintain SIT-K System Date Calendar for Mainframe systems

• Recovery of KYC and CDMS Events when the integration for these systems has issues and these statuses need to be recovered (I took Muthu through the process of doing this in my final handover)

• Working with SIT Lane Governance to manage Early Code deployments into SIT-K

• Maintain K Environment Batch Outputs Confluence Page

• Environment Incident and General Slack/Teams comms

• Working with SIT-Q and SIT-L Operations to coordinate schedules for batch, deployments and other activities hitting the same support partners
