Description:
We are looking for a Healthcare Claims & Accounts Receivable Specialist who will handle medical claims, insurance follow-ups, and accounts receivable concerns. The role involves reviewing claims, identifying issues, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring timely payment and resolution of outstanding accounts.Review and process medical claims accurately and efficiently.
Perform follow-ups with insurance companies regarding unpaid, denied, or pending claims.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and monitor outstanding balances.
Investigate claim denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies.
Verify patient and insurance information.
Review Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and payment details.
Contact insurance providers through phone or other communication channels.
Document claim status, follow-ups, and account updates in the system.
Identify and resolve billing or payment issues.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets.
