System Administrator (SA) -

Clearance: Active TS/SCI -FSP

Skill Level 2 Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.

Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes; supports day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices.

Provides Tier 1 Help Desk and Tier 2 escalation support, communicates status to management and internal customers, supports dispatch and hardware problems through resolution, and configures Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems and network components to improve reliability and performance.

Perform the Level 1 SA implementation, Help Desk, system operations, user support, monitoring, escalation, and capacity-planning capabilities.

Provide in-depth troubleshooting of IT systems.

Provide detailed analysis and feedback for escalated tickets.

Support dispatch-system and hardware problems through resolution.

Configure and manage Linux, Unix, Windows, or other applicable operating systems; install operating-system software; troubleshoot and maintain system integrity; configure network components; and implement operating-system enhancements.

Required:

Five (5) years of SA experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.

• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
