Machine Operator - Full-time

What You’ll Do

* Sort and process lumber (cutting, ripping, gluing, finger jointing)

* Operate woodworking machinery, including finger joint equipment

* Measure and verify parts for accuracy and quality

* Match and glue wood pieces to create finished panels

* Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

* Work with team members to keep production moving

What We’re Looking For

* Attention to detail and willingness to learn

* Ability to lift, bend, and move materials throughout the day

Woodworking or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.

Schedule

* Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 AM

* 8+ hour shifts

* Occasional Saturday mornings as needed
