Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of overall COBOL/software development experience.

• 10+ years of experience with Visual COBOL V9 or higher architecture and programming.

• 10+ years of experience with:

• System analysis

• System design

• Coding

• Testing

• Debugging

• System implementation

• 10+ years of experience developing and maintaining complex, mission-critical applications in a Windows-based client-server environment.

• 10+ years of experience leading technical software development teams in planning and deploying software systems.

• 10+ years of experience developing and testing complex COBOL-based business applications using Oracle SQL databases.

• 10+ years of Level 3 production support experience.

• 10+ years of experience working directly with business units to develop and review business and technical specifications.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage complex technical assignments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
