Job Overview:

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing coffee beverages for our customers. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more

Ensure all drinks are made to the highest quality standards and according to customer preferences

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Educate customers on our coffee offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system

Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels

Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge of coffee and customer service

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role

Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques and latte art

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Basic math and computer skills

Knowledge of POS systems is a plus

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
