Job Description:

· Validate, test, and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations using the EDICOM platform.

· Responsible for ensuring accurate transmission, mapping, transformation, and processing of EDI transactions across business partners and enterprise systems.

· Verify EDI mappings and transformations between source and target systems.

· Validate data integrity across EDICOM, ERP, and trading partner systems.

· Test communication protocols including AS2, FTP/SFTP, and web services.

· Analyze EDI transaction failures and work with developers and business teams to resolve issues.

· Support trading partner onboarding and certification testing activities.

· Execute UAT support and production validation testing.

· Document test results, defects, root-cause analysis, and testing metrics.

Mandatory Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in EDI Testing, QA, or B2B Integration Testing.

• Hands-on experience with EDICOM EDI platform and EDI transaction validation.

• Strong knowledge of EDI standards including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and CSV formats.

• Experience testing EDI transactions such as:

o 850 (Purchase Order)

o 855 (Purchase Order Acknowledgement)

o 856 (Advance Ship Notice)

o 810 (Invoice)

• Understanding of communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, FTP, and VAN.

• Experience with ERP integrations such as SAP, or Oracle.
