About the Role
Dezign Technic LLC is seeking an experienced, bilingual Project Manager to lead and oversee project execution in Saudi Arabia. Representing our Dubai-based team, you will serve as the primary point of contact on-ground, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, maintaining client relations, and ensuring seamless delivery aligned with time, scope, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Plan, track, and manage complex projects from inception to completion across sites in Saudi Arabia.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities in fluent Arabic and English.
Budget & Scope Control: Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to prevent scope creep and ensure quality delivery.
On-Site Supervision: Oversee site activity, conduct risk assessments, and handle local vendor coordination.
Cross-Border Communication: Ensure clear, continuous reporting and coordination between Saudi operations and the Dubai main office.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
Experience: 5+ years of proven project management experience, preferably within design, fit-out, signage, construction, or related technical fields.
Regional Experience: In-depth understanding of local business practices, compliance, and site dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field; PMP certification is preferred.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia and to the Dubai headquarters as needed.
