Chief Financial Officer $250-350k + BonusWe are partnering with an established healthcare organization to identify a strategic Chief Financial Officer who will lead all financial operations while serving as a key advisor to the CEO, Board, and physician leadership team.

This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, optimize financial performance, and support continued growth across a complex healthcare environment.What You'll Be Doing:• Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, FP&A, revenue cycle, and patient accounting functions • Partner with executive leadership and physician stakeholders on strategic financial decisions • Drive financial planning, capital investment analysis, and organizational growth initiatives • Support value-based care partnerships, joint ventures, and alternative revenue opportunities • Oversee financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement improvement strategies • Provide leadership and development for finance, revenue cycle, and related operational teamsWhat We're Looking For:• 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance and accounting experience • 5+ years in a CFO, VP Finance, or other senior executive leadership role • Strong background in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management • Experience partnering with executive teams, boards, and physician leadership groups • Knowledge of value-based care, healthcare reimbursement, and physician practice operations preferred • MBA and/or advanced finance credentials are a plusWhy Consider This Role:• Executive-level position with significant organizational influence • Opportunity to partner directly with the CEO, Board, and physician owners • Broad scope across finance, operations, growth strategy, and revenue cycle • Visible leadership role driving long-term financial and operational success • Competitive executive compensation package and benefits • Stable, growing organization with a strong reputation in healthcare leadership
