Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee.. Responsibilities:
Provide strong customer service and lead by example
Train and motivate team members
Handle cash and ensure accuracy in all transactions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Lead shifts and set the tone for the team
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to hold yourself and others accountable
Work closely with the Store Manager on daily operations
Deep commitment to customer satisfaction
Strong work ethic and dedication to team success
Must be 18 years of age or older
