Perform welding tasks on various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Set up welding equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding is a plus.

Proven experience as a welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a welding environment.
