IT-Capability Manager (Agentic AI) -- W2 only

Position Summary:
The Capability Manager – BOLT Orchestration – Trial Claim owns end-to-end capability execution and delivery for the Trial Claim experience within BOLT Orchestration program. This role is responsible for translating strategy into execution, aligning business and technology stakeholders, managing scope, driving delivery discipline, and ensuring parity, accuracy, and operational readiness with current-state claim processing capabilities. The position serves as the primary execution leader for Trial Claim delivery and plays a critical role in delivering BOLT Orchestration milestones, establishing the foundation for enterprise-scale deployment, and enabling expansion into additional trial claim orchestration and business use cases.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in capability management, product management, program leadership, operations, or related disciplines.
3+ years of healthcare claims experience.
Experience leading delivery within complex matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs, budgets, timelines, and dependencies.
Strong knowledge of claims operations and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across diverse groups.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and data analysis/reporting capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Agentic AI, orchestration platforms, MCP patterns, and API-driven workflows.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, Rally, Aha!, or similar tools.
Strong executive presence and experience presenting to senior leaders.
Demonstrated success leading transformational initiatives across business and technology organizations.
Knowledge of healthcare platforms, claims modernization efforts, or enterprise-scale automation programs.
