Job Description*:

· Strong expertise in SQL, Python, GCP BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or any cloud-based analytics platforms.

· Experienced in dimensional modeling, KPI frameworks, semantic models, data quality controls, and enterprise reporting.

· Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Datorama, REST APIs, and reporting modernization initiatives.

#Data Engineering and Quality:

· Consolidate, clean and transform data from multiple central and LBU sources into a single, reliable analytical baseline.

· Build and maintain repeatable data pipelines and templates that reduce manual handling and improve refresh cycle time.

#Analytics, Business Requirements, and Insight Generation:

· Drive core metric calculations across business and cost (i.e. TCO per FTE, per application, per LBU) etc as per business requirements.

· Conduct cross-market benchmarking and business trend analysis to surface efficiency, capability and business optimization opportunities.

· Translate quantitative findings into clear business interpretation for senior stakeholders, not just charts and tables.

#Dashboarding and Visualization:

· Design, develop and maintain various BI dashboards that provide unified view and business intelligence.

· Manage monthly dashboard refreshes, release notes and stakeholder communications.

#Stakeholder Partnership:

· Act as the analytics point of contact for central teams, regional CITOs and LBU partners on workforce and business data queries.

#Good to have certifications:

· Microsoft PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst

· Or similar on AWS/GCP
